Clog-free wastewater pump with vortex impeller:
The HOMA TP50V is the vortex version of the TP50 series: a cast iron dirty and wastewater pump where the impeller rotates freely above the flow opening. Fibres, wipes, and coarse solids up to 65 mm pass through without touching the impeller — in practice, this is the recipe against failures in pumping stations where things sometimes pass through that shouldn't.
Choose the TP50V over the TP50M when operational reliability outweighs the last bit of efficiency: for contaminated wastewater with many fibres, a vortex impeller is the trouble-free choice. The .../4 versions (1450 rpm) run quieter and wear slower in continuous operation; the .../2 versions deliver the highest pressure. For sewage pumping stations and explosive environments, all variants are available ATEX-certified. All models have a thermistor in the winding.
