Cancel your order
Did you order from us as a consumer and would you like to cancel? You can cancel your purchase below. No need to call, no need to chat, and no need to give a reason.
When you can cancel
- You have 14 days to change your mind, counted from the day you received the pump. If your order contained several items that are delivered separately, the day you received the last item counts.
- If your order has not been shipped yet, you can cancel as well. The sooner you let us know, the better the chance that we can still stop the shipment.
- After cancelling you have another 14 days to return the pump. How that works is explained under returns.
- We refund within 14 days of your notice, including the standard shipping costs you paid with the order. The cost of returning the item is yours.
How it works
- You fill in the form below: your name, email address, order number and which items it concerns.
- You see your details once more and confirm that you want to cancel the purchase.
- You receive a confirmation by email. From that moment the period for returning the pump starts.
A used pump
You may inspect and assess the pump as you would in a shop. If you have already had it in the water or installed it, we may deduct the loss in value from the amount you get back. If you are unsure whether something is suitable, please call us first: +31 85 210 08 97, daily from 07:00 to 19:00.
Business orders
The right of withdrawal applies to consumers. If you ordered on account or with a company registration number, please contact us and we will look at what is possible.
