Returning an order

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancelling you have another 14 days to send your product back. You will then be credited the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the cost of returning the goods from your home to the web shop is at your own expense. These costs are approximately €7.25 per parcel; for exact rates please consult the website of your carrier. 

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product must be returned to the trader with all accessories supplied and — where reasonably possible — in its original condition and packaging. If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary in order to sell the product, we may charge you for this loss of value. So please handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when you return it.

To exercise this right you can contact us at info@dompelpomp.shop. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of you registering your return, provided the product has already been received back in good order. If the product is damaged, or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to establish whether the product is suitable, we may charge you for this loss of value. So handle the product with care and make sure it is well packaged when you return it.

Exceptions to returns

Products that meet one or more of the following points cannot be returned:
a. products made by the trader to the consumer's specifications; 
b. products that are clearly personal in nature; 
c. products that by their nature cannot be returned; 
d. products whose price is tied to fluctuations on the financial market over which the trader has no influence; 
e. audio and video recordings and computer software of which the consumer has broken the seal.
