You can choose from various payment options. At Dompelpomp.shop, all payment options are SSL-encrypted, which means you are always assured of a secure payment environment with us.<

The ordering process

We strive to make the ordering and delivery process as easy as possible for our customers. Should you unexpectedly encounter questions or other problems, please feel free to contact our customer service.

If you want to order one of our products, you must first add the desired product to your shopping cart on the product page. You do this by clicking on the yellow/blue button labeled "Add to Cart".

Here it is important to check that you have selected the correct variants. If everything is correct, click the "Secure Checkout" button. On the information page, you must fill in the correct address details; please ensure all details are entered correctly. We advise leaving your phone number so that a delivery person or our customer service can reach you if there is anything with your order. Once these details are correctly filled in, you can click the "Continue to Shipping Method" button.

The "Shipping" page offers the opportunity to re-check the provided address details. Here you will also see the shipping costs: within the Netherlands, orders from €50 are shipped for free; below that, you pay €6.95. To Belgium, the rest of the EU, and the United Kingdom, shipping costs €8.95 for orders from €50 and €16.27 for orders below that. You can now proceed by clicking the "Continue to Payment Method" button.

After you have chosen the correct payment method, you must click the "Complete Order" button, after which you will be redirected to the secure payment environment of your chosen payment method. Follow the instructions on the relevant page to complete your order. Should you unexpectedly experience any difficulties placing your order, you can always contact us.

Shipping

Your order will be shipped from our warehouse or directly by our suppliers to the address you provided; this method is called 'Direct-Sales'. Because we do not have a physical showroom and have a small warehouse, we can keep costs low and remove a link from the logistics chain. By reducing the logistical movements of products, the CO2 footprint of our products is lowered, which is good for you and the environment!
