Our payment options
You can choose from a range of payment options. All payment methods on Dompelpomp.shop use SSL encryption, so you always pay in a secure environment.
Customers in the Netherlands:

The ordering process
We aim to make ordering and delivery as easy as possible for our customers. If you do run into questions or problems, feel free to contact our customer service.
Select the right version on the product page and click “Add to cart”. Check in the cart that the right products and quantities are included, then click “Check out”.
You pay on one clear page. Enter your email address and delivery address; business customers can also enter their company name and VAT number there. We recommend leaving your phone number so the courier or our customer service can reach you if there is anything about your order.
Below your address you will see the shipping costs. Within the Netherlands, orders from €50 ship free; below that you pay €6.95. Shipping to Belgium, the rest of the EU and the United Kingdom costs €8.95 for orders from €50 and €16.27 below that.
Finally, choose your payment method and complete the order. With iDEAL or Bancontact, for example, you will be redirected to your bank’s secure environment. If you have any trouble placing your order, please get in touch.
Shipping
Your order is shipped from our warehouse or directly by our suppliers to the address you provide (“direct sales”). Because we have no physical showroom and only a small warehouse, we keep costs low and remove a link from the logistics chain. Fewer transport movements also mean a lower CO₂ footprint for our products – good for you and the environment!
In a hurry? Delivery by courier
When the water is rising in your cellar or an installation is standing still, every hour counts. In that case we can have your pump delivered by courier, often the same day or the next morning. We have done this for customers several times.
Call us on +31 85 210 08 97 or message us on WhatsApp at +31 6 52 23 06 32. We check straight away whether the pump is in stock and what a courier to your address would cost. Courier costs are for your account and you hear them in advance; we only go ahead once you agree.
