How business orders work with us

Below is what you can expect from us, so you do not have to call about it. If your question is not covered, call +31 85 - 210 08 97; daily from 07:00 to 19:00, weekends included.

Quotation

• You will have an answer to a quotation request within 1 working day, usually the same day.
• Send us what you know: the volume of water, the head, the length of the discharge pipe, the type of water and the available voltage. With those five figures we can work out the duty point and propose a pump that fits.
• If you have a specification or drawing, send it along. We would rather work it out in advance than have you end up with the wrong pump on site.
• For larger volumes or a recurring requirement we look at a volume discount. State the quantities in your request.

Ordering and prices

• Prices can be shown including or excluding VAT; you switch that at the top of the page. What you see in the basket is what you pay.
• If you already know the items, quick order is faster.
• You can pay with iDEAL, Bancontact, credit card, Apple Pay, Google Pay or Klarna. Payment runs through Mollie.
• Within the Netherlands shipping is free from € 50. Below that we charge € 6.95. See the shipping policy for Belgium, Germany and beyond.

Delivery

• If the pump is in stock, it will be with you within a few working days. We deliver through Direct Sales: your order goes straight from our warehouse or that of our supplier to you.
• Our supplier ships on working days. We are available seven days a week.
• The expected delivery time is stated in your order confirmation. If it takes longer, we will call you before the pump is dispatched — you hear it from us, you do not have to chase it.
• With an order of several items you may receive two shipments, with two track & trace codes.

Warranty and returns for businesses

• Every product carries the manufacturer's warranty of the brand. The period differs per brand; ask about it with your quotation.
• Consequential damage — water damage, business interruption — and the cost of installation and removal fall outside the warranty. See articles 12 and 14 of the terms and conditions.
• Business returns are always agreed in advance: report it by e-mail and you will receive instructions. We cannot take back a pump that has been installed or used.
• Report a defect to us, not to the manufacturer. We arrange the handling with the service department.

Advice for the job

Torn between two pumps, or is the situation complicated — a long discharge line, aggressive water, a sump with hardly any room? Then call before you order. We will work through the duty point with you and we will also say so if the answer is "not this pump".

For installations that have to keep a cellar, crawl space or pump sump dry, we recommend a high water alarm as standard. A pump can fail; then you want your customer to know before the water does damage.
