Shipping policy
Shipping costs
- Netherlands: free shipping from €50. Below €50 you pay €6.95.
- European Union and United Kingdom: €8.95 from €50. Below €50 you pay €16.27.
- Rest of the world: €36.27.
All orders are shipped with track & trace. You also see the shipping costs in the basket and at checkout, before you pay.
Delivery time
We deliver as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time for your order is stated in your order confirmation.
Direct Sales
Your order is sometimes shipped directly by our suppliers to the address you have given. This method is called 'Direct Sales'. Because we do not have a physical showroom, we keep costs low and a link drops out of the logistics chain. Fewer logistical movements also means a lower CO2 footprint: good for you and for the environment.
If we ship part of your order ourselves and a supplier ships the rest, you may therefore receive two deliveries. Of course you will also receive two track & trace links for these.
