Returns

Would you like to return a product? As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt without giving any reason. Notify us in writing in advance (for example by email) and then send the product back within 14 days.

How it works

  1. Report your return to info@dompelpomp.shop stating your order number, or use the model form below.
  2. You will receive instructions from us for sending the product back.
  3. Return the product, as far as possible in its original, undamaged packaging and with all supplied accessories, to our return address.
  4. As soon as we have received the product back in good condition, we will refund the order amount (incl. shipping costs) within 14 days to the account number known to us.

Please note

If you handle the product beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may charge you for any diminished value. The direct cost of returning the product is at your own expense.
