Frequently asked questions

Still in doubt?

Only open the question relevant to your situation.

Which pump is best for a flat roof?

For low water levels, the Simer 6, Simer 6S or an SPT FSP flat suction pump are logical candidates. Then choose based on capacity, head, automatic switching and the amount of dirt in the water.

What is the difference between Simer 6 and Simer 6S?

The Simer 6 operates without integrated level control. The Simer 6S has integrated electronic level control and can switch on and off automatically.

Is only the maximum flow rate sufficient?

No. The maximum flow rate and maximum head do not occur at the same operating point. Select the pump on the pump curve at the actual head and pipe resistance.

Where can I find current prices and stock?

Please refer to the product pages within the SPT, HOMA and Simer collections. Prices and stock may change; the current product page is decisive.
