Why making the right choice is important
There are countless pumps for water and other liquids. However, it often goes wrong with submersible pumps. The type of pump may seem unimportant, but in practice, it makes a big difference.
A pump used in the wrong place will wear out much faster than necessary. Think of a clean water pump in dirty water, or a pump that is too heavy or too light for the job. The result: extra costs, hassle, and a pump that breaks down well before the end of its lifespan.
Who is behind Dompelpomp.shop?
Dompelpomp.shop is part of Meijer Sales Company, founded by David Meijer. David worked for a large hydraulic engineering contractor and has a background in civil engineering and hydraulics.
He converted that knowledge into a webshop with one goal: to provide every project with the right submersible pump. Customers are thus better served, and suppliers receive fewer pumps returned with damage due to incorrect use.

How we collect our reviews
The review score on this site comes from WebwinkelKeur, an independent Dutch trustmark. After every order, the customer automatically receives an invitation to leave a review — so we do not pick and choose who gets asked. The reviews are collected and managed by WebwinkelKeur: we cannot edit or delete them, and only people who have actually ordered from us can leave one. You can read all reviews at WebwinkelKeur, including the less positive ones. Unhappy about something? Tell us first through our complaints procedure — we would much rather simply put it right.
