Three-phase power on the building site
Above about 2 kW, 230 V runs out: then you need 400 V. Three-phase pumps deliver more flow and more head, run cooler over long periods and are built to keep pumping for days.
Before you order

Is there 400 V on site? Check the connection and the fuse; a site board with too light a protection will not let the pump start.

Direction of rotation. On a three-phase pump the phase sequence determines which way the impeller turns. Running backwards gives hardly any flow and damages the pump in the long run. Check this at the first start.

Motor protection. Use the prescribed protection; without it the warranty does not apply and the motor will fail. See the control panels and motor protection.

Hose and coupling. More flow calls for a wider hose; otherwise you lose most of your capacity on the way.
