How to reach us

If you are in doubt about your choice, feel free to call before you order. We would rather work it out with you in advance than have you end up with the wrong pump in your cellar. In a tricky situation, do send a photo of the spot or of the rating plate.

What helps us help you fastest

If it is about choosing a pump, we get there faster if you have this to hand:

  • What kind of water it is: clean, lightly contaminated, dirty water with solids or waste water containing sewage.
  • How much water has to go, and in what time.
  • How high and how far the water has to go, measured from the pump to the point where it comes out.
  • Which connection you have: 230 V or 400 V, and which hose or coupling is already there.

If it is about an order or a fault, keep your order number to hand and take a photo of the rating plate. Add briefly what the pump does, or does not do, and what kind of water it is standing in.

Delivery time and dispatch

If the pump is in stock, it will be with you within a few working days. We deliver through Direct Sales: your order goes straight from our own warehouse or from our supplier to you. That saves a link in the chain and keeps the price low. Our supplier ships on working days; we are available daily, weekends included.

The expected delivery time is stated in your order confirmation. If it takes longer, we will call you before the pump is dispatched. You can read more about this under ordering and delivery.

Visiting us

Our office and warehouse are on the Winschoterweg in Groningen, but we have no showroom and no shop you can simply walk into. If you would still like to see a pump with your own eyes, give us a call: viewing is possible by appointment.

A complaint, a return or warranty

If something is wrong with your order, please let us know first. We solve most things by telephone the same day. If we cannot work it out together, you can turn to our complaints procedure and after that to the disputes scheme we are affiliated with through our quality mark.
