You receive a sampling kit by post within 3 working days. Report within 10 working days of receipt. First installations from January 2027 in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany; kits are shipped throughout the EU and to the UK.

Brown or yellow water

Iron

Most visible in a bathtub or bucket after standing for a few hours.

Limit: 0.2 mg/l · well water often 1–5 mg/l
Black deposits, grey laundry

Manganese

Black slime in the cistern, a grey veil on white textiles.

Limit: 0.05 mg/l · almost always appears together with iron
Limescale, dull taps

Hardness

White deposits on taps and in the boiler, more soap needed.

Soft: < 8 °dH · softening pays off from 10 °dH
Rotten-egg smell

Hydrogen sulphide / bacteria

Smell when you open the tap, especially with hot water.

A resin vessel with 25 litres of resin and a volumetric Clack control valve that only regenerates when needed. Economical with salt and water, and serviceable by any water treatment specialist.

Choose above whichever best matches your complaint. You pay € 79 and we send a sampling kit with instructions and a return envelope.

Sampling kit within 3 working days

Receive your advisory report

Readings, what they mean, which set resolves them and what that costs: self-install or installed by us.

Within 10 working days of receiving your sample

If you go ahead, we deduct the € 79 in full and you are first in line for the earliest installations. If you do not, you keep the report.

Frequently asked questions

What if the analysis shows I do not need anything?

Then we say so. You keep the report with your readings and no quote follows. The € 79 is then simply the cost of a lab analysis, nothing more.

Can I install the set myself?

Yes. The kit comes complete with fittings, bypass and a video instruction. At commissioning we spend 20 minutes on the phone with you to set up the valve.

Do you install outside the Netherlands?

Yes, we install in Belgium and Germany as well. Beyond that we send the kit: you can fit it yourself or have your own installer connect it. Kits are shipped throughout the EU and to the UK.

Is the water drinkable afterwards?

For showering, washing and cooking: yes, the follow-up measurement shows it. For drinking water from your own well we recommend a UV and carbon stage; we will supply those from mid-2027. For anything in the drinking water installation we use only components with a KIWA-ATA quality declaration.

I have no sewer connection. Can I still install a softener?

The flush water from a softener contains salt and does not belong in a septic tank or a ditch. With an iron removal set that is not an issue. We ask about it in the analysis and advise on what is possible.

When are the first sets delivered and installed?

We are planning the first series from January 2027, in order of reservation. Kits are shipped as soon as your report is approved.

What happens to my € 79 if you end up not delivering?

Then you get the full amount back, even if you have already received the report. The reservation is non-binding for you, but binding for us.
