Pros and Cons:
+ Large 50 mm free passage: pumps wastewater with coarse solids
+ Stainless steel impeller in cast iron motor housing — wear-resistant and compact
+ Choice of single-channel impeller (M) or clog-free vortex impeller (V)
+ 230 V versions are plug & play with plug
- Max. medium temperature 40 °C
Wastewater pump with 50 mm free passage:
The HOMA TP48 is a wastewater pump with a free passage of no less than 50 mm — in a compact size of 22 kg. This means that coarser solids that would block smaller pumps can easily pass through here. The pump is therefore the right choice for sumps with heavily contaminated water, from basement and site drainage to domestic wastewater.
The M-version (open single-channel impeller) delivers the highest performance: 35 m³/hour at 14.5 m head. The V-version (vortex impeller) is the most reliable for fibrous and intertwined debris. The W-models operate on a standard power outlet and come with a plug; the DL-models (400 V, loose cable end) are intended for fixed installation with their own control system. The motor is oil-filled, pressure-waterproof (IP68, insulation class H) and has a thermal sensor in the winding.
Scope of delivery:
Pump with 10 m cable and plug; A-versions with automatic float switch on the pump cover; DL-versions without control box with loose cable end.
