Automatic flood protection:
The HOMA Sensoflat is a flat-suction submersible pump with an electronic sensor switch. While a conventional float switch only activates at 20-25 cm of water, the Sensoflat intervenes from just 5 mm. In practice, a leaking washing machine, burst pipe, or heavy rain is often only noticed after the damage has already occurred — this pump switches itself on before that happens and continues pumping until only 2 mm of water remains.
The pressure-tight motor has a stainless steel motor housing and thermal protection in the winding. The C270 WF is the more powerful version with a suction strainer and outer casing entirely made of stainless steel (insulation class F, IP68).
