Wastewater lifting station for residential and commercial buildings:
The HOMA Sanistar series (single-pump version) drains all wastewater from areas below the backflow level: toilets, bathrooms, kitchens, and laundry rooms in basements and cellars. The wastewater collects in the floodable plastic tank and is pumped via the pressure pipe above the backflow level to the sewer; the integrated ball check valve prevents sewage from flowing back.
Which one to choose? The 105 is the all-rounder for the average home (13 m / 32 m³/hour). If more volume is needed—for example, with multiple bathrooms—then choose the 110 or 120; the 130 D achieves the highest pressure of 15.5 meters for long or high pressure lines. The .../4 pumps run at 1450 rpm, making them remarkably quiet for residential installations.
