Wastewater lifting station with interchangeable pump:
The HOMA San.iQ plus is a wastewater lifting station with an above-ground collection tank in which a complete Bully C140 WA submersible pump is pre-installed and ready for connection. That is the big difference with fixed mini-installations: if the pump breaks down after years of service, you only replace the pump instead of the entire installation.
Choose the CH140 version if the wastewater is chemically contaminated — think of condensate from a central heating boiler or salt water from a water softener. In practice, we mostly see the standard C140 version for washing machines and showers in the basement, and the CH version in boiler rooms. Both operate fully automatically with a standard power outlet.
