UFK MultiCut submersible pumps from Pentair Jung Pumpen
Submersible pumps with the Multicut cutting system are used stationary in pressure drainage systems for the drainage of residential areas or individual houses. They are suitable for the discharge of domestic wastewater with common impurities (as specified in DIN 1986-3).
Depending on the potentially additionally present cutting system, the pressure line can be used from DN 32 (without cutting system min. DN 80).
The external MultiCut cutting system ensures maximum operational reliability and excellent discharge properties. The system is equipped with a cutting plate made of hardened stainless steel (RVS) and a triangular blade. This combination reduces coarse impurities in the wastewater into smaller pieces with more than 200,000 cutting operations per minute, before they can enter the hydraulic components of the pump.
Solid matter that cannot be discharged (too hard/large) is separated by the cutting rotor already outside the pump. Specially arranged grooves on the cutting plate ensure that the MultiCut system constantly cleans itself, which provides extra operational reliability and safety.
