The COMPLI 1008/2 ME with MultiCut cutting system is used for discharging wastewater from special objects such as mobile sanitation facilities, toilets in production halls or houseboats.
The MultiCut cutting system allows wastewater to be pumped through long and small-dimensioned pressure pipes to the nearest sewer, following the terrain. This form of wastewater transport is often more cost-effective than discharge via gravity pipelines. The MultiCut cutting system offers maximum operational reliability and excellent discharge properties.
Why a Pentair lifting station?

Technical specifications:
The submersible units are suitable for general use in areas at risk of flooding. The control system must be installed in a flood-protected and well-ventilated area. The high-quality polyethylene (PE) tanks have freely accessible connection options, a revision opening at the top, and an inlet clamping flange for easy installation. The inflow height can be varied depending on the installation: DN 150/DN 50: 180, 275, and 315 mm, DN 100: 180-340 mm.
A DN 150/DN 100 KG reducer is supplied for connecting a DN 100 supply pipe. At the top of the tank, there is a vertical inlet piece for a DN 150 or DN 100 supply pipe. If the rear inlet is not used, it must be closed with the DN 150 closing set (order separately!). These double units have two pumps on the tank, which switch alternately. In case of peak load, both pumps switch on simultaneously.

Ready-to-connect tank installation (115 l) according to EN 12050 with clamping flange DN 100 for inlet height 180/250mm, variable inlet heights DN 150 (180, 275, 315 mm), DN 100 (180-340 mm), additional inlets, 50 mm horizontal and vertical, reducer DN 150/DN 100, mounted submersible pump(s), each with an elastic connection with clamps for the plastic pressure pipe, mounted non-return valve and a sliding sleeve for ventilation pipe DN 70, automatic level control, control system (protection class IP 44) with motor protection, sound insulation, transformer, mains voltage-dependent, resettable alarm system and potential-free contact for collective fault message, optical display of rotation direction (three-phase), alarm and operation, manual-0-auto switch. On request, the installation can be equipped with a microprocessor control. Cable tank–control 4 m, Cable control–plug 1.5 m.
