Our most powerful lifting station:
The Compli 1000 sewage lifting stations, with their various capacity levels, are specially designed for use in apartment buildings and commercial buildings. The design focused on ease of handling, space-saving installation, and simple setup. The submersible system can be used for general purposes in areas at risk of flooding. The control system must be installed in a flood-protected and well-ventilated area.
The tank, made of high-quality polyethylene (PE), has freely accessible connection options, a service opening at the top, and an inlet clamp flange for easy installation. The systems optimally adapt to their place of use thanks to their numerous connection possibilities.
Depending on the supply line, the inflow height can be as follows: DN 100: 180-205 mm (left), 250-300 mm (middle), and 290-340 mm (right), all continuously adjustable; DN 150/DN 50: 180 mm (left), 275 mm (middle), and 315 mm (right). For the connection of a DN 100 supply line, a DN 150/DN 100 KG reducer is included. At the top of the tank, there is a vertical inlet for a DN 150 or DN 100 supply line. If the rear inlet is not used, it must be closed with the DN 150 closure set (accessories).
The pump, equipped with a vortex impeller and a free passage of 70 mm, ensures excellent operational reliability of the system. The Compli 1000 has two pumps on one tank, which switch alternately or, if necessary, operate with both pumps to handle peak loads or act as a backup (if one is temporarily out of service).

Scope of delivery:
Ready-to-connect tank installation according to EN 12050 with inlet clamp flange DN 150, KG reducer DN 150/DN 100, two built-in submersible pumps and connection flange DN 80 with pipe connection Ø110, an elastic connection with clamps for the plastic pressure pipe, HT sliding sleeve DN 70 for connection of the ventilation pipe, built-in double check valve and automatic level control.
Control system (protection class IP 44) for automatic alternating switching including peak load function with motor protection, sound insulation, transformer, mains voltage-dependent alarm system and potential-free contact for collective fault message, with optical display of rotation direction (only for three-phase current), alarm and operation and 2 manual-0-auto switches. On request, the installation can be equipped with a microprocessor control.
Cable: tank–control system 4 m, cable control system–plug 1.5 m.

Technical specifications:
The installations have a connection flange DN 80/PN 10, but with pipe connection DN 100. For direct installation, check valves and shut-off valves only need to be selected in DN 80. The continuous pressure line is connected with DN 100 via the elastic connection.
According to the construction and testing principles of standard
EN 12050, sewage lifting stations may only be used for the discharge of sewage and domestic wastewater (EN 12056, DIN 1986-3) within building drainage. They must be installed according to the regulations of standard EN 12056-4 with a tank inside buildings, with a clear space of 60 cm all around for operation and maintenance. The pressure line must be routed above the locally defined backflow level, and a check valve tested in accordance with EN 12050-4 must be installed. The ventilation line must be routed to the roof. In installations where wastewater supply may not be interrupted, a dual installation must be installed.
