David MeijerAfter a long wait, the renewed flat suction submersible pump from Pentair Jung Pumpen, the Simer, is now available from us in the Netherlands. With Pentair's new pump type, you are assured of the very latest in water pump technology.
Just like its younger sibling, the Simer 6 pumps the water level down to as little as 2mm, is highly versatile and can be used both professionally and at home. An overview of its applications:

We have good news if you are looking for a flat suction submersible pump that switches on and off automatically. The new Simer 6 is available with an (electronic) automatic float switch system: the Simer 6S.
With the float switch, the pump switches on automatically at a water level of about 7mm. Once the water has been pumped away, the pump switches off at a residual water level of 2mm, which is practically mop-dry!

Pentair's engineers have given the new pump 30% more flow, making it more powerful than the old version. The new design also adds an integrated check valve and a removable strainer base that is easy to clean.
