The COMPLI 108/2 ME with MultiCut shredding system is used for the disposal of wastewater from special facilities such as mobile sanitary units, toilets in production halls or houseboats.
The MultiCut shredding system allows wastewater to be pumped through long and small-dimensioned pressure pipes to the nearest sewer, following the terrain. This method of wastewater transport is often more cost-effective than disposal via gravity-fed pipes. The MultiCut shredding system offers maximum operational reliability and excellent drainage properties.

Why a sewage lifting station from Pentair?

Scope of delivery:
Ready-to-connect tank installation (115 l) according to EN 12050 with clamp flange DN 100 for inlet height 180/250mm, variable inlet heights DN 150 (180, 275, 315 mm), DN 100 (180-340 mm), additional inlets, 50 mm horizontal and vertical, reducer DN 150/DN 100, mounted submersible pump(s), each with an elastic connection with clamps for the plastic pressure pipe, mounted check valve and a sliding sleeve for ventilation pipe DN 70, automatic level control, control system (protection class IP 44) with motor protection, sound insulation, transformer, mains voltage-dependent, restartable alarm system and potential-free contact for collective fault message, optical display of rotation direction (three-phase), alarm and operation, manual-0-auto switch. On request, the installation can be equipped with a microprocessor control. Cable tank–control 4 m, Cable control–plug 1.5 m.

Technical specifications:
The submersible installations are suitable for general use in areas at risk of flooding. The control system must be installed in a flood-proof and well-ventilated area. The tanks made of high-quality polyethylene (PE) have freely accessible connection options, an inspection opening at the top and an inlet clamp flange for easy installation. The inlet height can be varied depending on the installation:
- DN 50: 150, 250 mm, DN 100: 180, 250 mm
At the top of the tank there is a vertical inlet connection for a supply pipe DN 150 or DN 100. If the inlet at the back is not used, it must be closed with the closing kit DN 150 (order separately!). These dual installations have two pumps on the tank, which switch alternately. In case of peak load, both pumps switch on simultaneously.
